Colombia La Divisa Coffee is a Private Estate, micro-lot coffee crafted by producer Diofanor Ruiz, grown at high altitudes on La Divisa. Diofanor Ruiz, a second-generation coffee farmer in Buenavista, Quindío, has transformed his farm through agroforestry with a commitment to quality-focused practices after first tasting his own coffee in 2005. Since then, he has continued to refine his processing methods, producing exceptional coffees that reflect both tradition and innovation. Expect vibrant notes of apricot, honey, cocoa, and lemon.
